I've never left a review for a McDonald's, why bother you get what you get, but after my bad experience, here it is to remind to NEVER come back! Cold, old fries, old stale bun on the burger and no beverage fountain??? What is this, the 80s? Go to the one in Morris. To end this review on a positive note, the fries were nice and salty! Today's food was good, fresh fries, excellent double quarter pounds, good soda.

The Lord at the window was clearly stressed, but super beautiful. This place has previously grounded my orders, each place has at least once, but they are exactly 97% of the time.
Workers like to close early, terrible customer service, can answer the phone but not drive thru,
Yeah stop going here and don’t bother spending your money here. This place can’t get any order right.
Sooo, I was passing by the McDonalds in Yorkville (on Bridge St. the other day picked up something for my hubby. It seems like every time we did frequent this location, our drive up orders are messed up. Are they doing this because they’re bored or want a laugh at customers expense? I don’t know. We’ve stopped going to this McDonald’s altogether have started going out of our way to the Yorkville, Oswego or Plainfield Wendy’s instead. I really don’t know how they stay in business because I’ve asked others who live in the area and/or currently/used to frequent this location, if their drive up orders are correct or not. 8 out of 10 people mentioned 1 or more of the following: they’re frustrated with their messed up drive up orders and now go somewhere else. there’s a woman in the early morning drive up window shift that never gets the order correct, never smiles nor responds to a “good morning”. early morning shift ALWAYS burns the bagel on steak/egg/cheese breakfast sandwiches. When customers try to complain about burnt bread, McDonald’s employees shrug tell you it’s the setting on the toaster that cannot be changed. they’ve tried doing a survey nothing changes. Do I recommend anyone ordering from this location? That’s a hard NO.
