The food was just meh. $20 for a few pieces of steak inside a tortilla, come on. The customer service was just awful. It took 34 minutes just to order the food! When asked if they could turn it down, we were relieved when it got quiet, but within a minute it was back on and even louder! We will not be returning.
We are regular customers, at least come in once a month. Service always good,and food as well . However, this time my food was spoiled, Beans were so bad and when I referred to the lady was attending us, she just said uhh, let me take it away! Should at least offering a different item. Just a thought!
We love Cinco's! The wait staff are always so friendly. The food comes out quick and it's always good. We've been coming here a long time and never had a bad meal!
As a native from Texas, this food was a surprise. Good. Margarita was comparable to Texas. Tortillas were ok, cook needs to put more baking powder and so they are not so flat. The sopapillas were terrible and flat. I ordered the combination plate. Rice is below par.
I love this place. Been going here since I was a teen im 35 now I’ve never experienced anything bad. I do miss the all you can eat, tho :
