The service is basically non existent. You have to order via a kiosk. One of which was broken. The girl behind the counter never even spoke to us even though we were polite and spoke to her. View all feedback.
The fries wasn't quite as fresh as they advertised but still good and everything was freshly cooked. No menu board inside but I knew what I was getting so no problem on my part.
I usually do not eat fast food, but I did today do to being crunched with time. I stopped by Wendy's around 1245pm. The young lady who took my order through the drive through was so professional and kind. When I pulled up to the window she had a smile onher face. I was pleased with her customer service skills. Food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with this Wendy's.
The sandwiches would be much better if they looked like the ones in the pictures. It would also be great to have chicken nuggets that aren't just heated up in the microwave. Additionally, I would appreciate having medium-sized fries instead of the small, kid-sized portions.
