Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Yorktown

Lousy customer service. Ordered smoothies and food. $30 later smoothie tasted like soap. When I asked if I could get something different I was told I'd have to pay for it. It had been about 2 years since I visited this store, will be at least another 2years if ever will I return! Flatbread wasn't good either.

Service top notch. Smoothie was amazing. The 1 star review needs to be taken down as we did not experience anything that the ignorant person wrote. The food was really tasty also. I'd love to find where the above person works and BLAST them like theyfalsely claimed this business is biased. Totally false in All of the complaint. I will definitely be back for more tastytreats!!!!

The food was hot and fresh, though the portions appeared to be getting smaller. The service was courteous.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for pickup and received a text notifying me that my order was ready. However, when I arrived, two staff members claimed they couldn't find my order and suggested it might have been sent to the wrong location. After confirming that I was indeed at the correct store and showing them the text, the staff member simply shrugged her shoulders. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that she was “off the clock” and that I couldn’t talk to the owner or anyone in charge. Fortunately, two young women overheard the situation, went to check where the orders are placed for pickup, and managed to locate my order. I will never return to this location again!

The food was served hot and fresh, but the portion sizes appeared to be shrinking. The service was courteous.
