The smoothie that I ordered was watered down and tasted like it was made with old moldy fruit.The cashier, blonde haired girl, had to put on gloves just to give me a refund. I will not be returning to this location. Poor quality and terrible service. View all feedback.
Every store is understaffed and that’s understood. But acknowledging your customers at all will be helpful. I waited at the front for 8 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged once. One girl looked at me and looked away. My order was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago and it still hasn’t been started. I seen another customer leave for the same reason. Not a “hi”, “I’ll be with you in a minute”, “what’s the name for the order”, nothing. Being patient is one thing, being ignored completely is another.It took 15 minutes for me to be acknowledged.
Always pleasant staff, and correct order. Clean store and pretty quick

Clean place, fast service, the drink tastes just fine.
