Hardee's - Yorktown

Best Hardee is ever. The best staff you will ever find. So polite, friendly. Very refreshing this day and age. I keep most days here, usually just tea, sometimes cookies. I've always been happy. You get my morning to a great start. Thanks to all employees. You're all so brilliant.

The food was good, but it was the wrong order. The employee on the car asked what I had when he held a bag of food, I told him and then he said yes, that's what that is. Like he just wanted to get rid of what was in his hands, regardless of what I actually ordered. Of course I didn't know it was a completely different order until I came to my goal. We ate it, but we would like what we ordered more.

I wish I could evaluate it less than that. Extremely rude service. Lady always took our order confused because my friend first ordered and then I ordered. You don't understand our order, you have the wrong food. To tell them that our food was wrong and did not believe us, did not give a receipt for the order to show that we ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and had to go through the system to see that we did, in fact, to order that. Forever. Terrible service.

Not the fastest around, but definitely one of the latest

I thought the new Prime Rib Biscuit could be a contest for Chic Fila that was a few meters away. It wasn't. The cookie itself was small for Hardees. The main rib was cut so thin that you could hardly taste it and I think they only used half an egg. They must be better if they don't want all their business to go on to the competition. You need to ask why Chic Fila has wrapped cars around the building, even if they are more expensive.
