What Walter Schaefer doesn't like about Casey's:
The pizza I received tonight was, at best, lukewarm. I ordered online and was informed it would take an hour. When I called to inquire about the wait time, I was assured that it was accurate. I arrived to pick up my order about five minutes early, and it was clear that the pizza had been sitting in a warmer for the last 35 to 40 minutes. I will not be returning to this location again. I ordered a sausage pizza, and it arrived cold! When I asked the cashier if I could exchange it, she said she'd check with the manager. She returned and informed me that the manager denied my request. They've just lost a valuable customer over the cost of a slice of pizza. I won't be returning!

High marks on sarcastic cashiers. Low marks on absolutely everything else. Especially service, and maintenance of their gas pumps. Tap to pay has never worked. The pump wouldn’t read my card so I went in to let the cashier know and she was super unhelpful, and even sarcastic. She did not apologize for the problems. I drove 40 seconds of the road and I went ahead and talk like gas at the same price without amy if the hassle. Fix your pumps. Train your people. I will not be coming back in my lifetime.
