My husband and I went to this Ben and Jerry’s last night after a local ghost tour. It was around 9:15pm when we arrived and this location closes at 10:00pm. My husband and I went to this Ben and Jerry’s last night after a local ghost tour. It was around 9:15pm when we arrived and this location closes at 10:00pm. The staff seemed extremely irritated that we were there although there was still some time until closing. They weren’t “doing shakes” anymore, so we had to choose something else. The person checking us out slammed the ice cream closure shut while we were leaving too. It was just generally uncomfortable to be there, not to mention the ice cream was really expensive. We are locals, but probably won’t be back.
Not a place I would recommend. Ice cream had been sitting out for some time. Lots of ice crystals in it. I got a coffee but Starbucks is way better.
Over priced the candy shop has 10 times better ice cream and it's cheaper
Stopped in for an ice cream with my wife. It was great but $7.99 for a small with a regular cone? Really Ben&Jerry's? Argh. Won't be back anytime soon. I can get a pint from the grocery store for half the price and at least twice as much ice cream.
Prices are outrageous for a scoop of ice cream I didn’t want to buy the entire factory!
