very good customer service and very helpful/quick with questions and my order! accidentally put the wrong name my mistake but showed my receipt and was able to get my order. the Strawberry Shortcake Bubble Tea was incredibly good with gram cracker ? pieces at the bottom, wasnt mushy or soggy at all and was quite enjoyable. for the Pro Milk Tea, the pearls were a bit over cooked, but nothing too bad and was still edib...
