I mis got a small not realizing the deal for a medium but he made the perfectly made pizza and the toppings were deeecent

Dining at your establishment was the worst experience I've had in recent memory. It was my first time visiting, and I was unfamiliar with your ordering process. The cashier, a Filipina with big eye glasses and with wide forehead, was extremely rude from the moment I approached the counter. She gave me hostile looks throughout the transaction, making me feel like I was committing a crime by ordering and dining in. It's disappointing that your training program would allow such behavior. This woman clearly has zero customer service skills. She was blatantly disrespectful and unwelcoming. It's obvious she received inadequate training. You need to either provide her with proper training on customer interaction or fire her. No customer should have to endure such treatment.
