Humpty's Family Restaurant - Yorkton

Took our great nephews 2 Friday's in a row for kids eat free night. Different nights, different experience. First Friday restaurant very quiet. Seated right away. Waitress gave the kids something to color before the meal. She asked us for refills on the drinks. Kids mini pancakes ended up being 5 adult size pancakes. Took extra home. Wife enjoyed her quesadilla. Great service. 2nd Friday place was packed. Waited to be seated. Nothing given to the kids. No offer on refills. Pancakes this time were mini . Wife didn't like the turkey on her cristo. I enjoyed the corn beef melt both evenings. Waitress was running but service not as great as first evening. I think too many people for not enough staff. Would come again

We were served quickly and the food was great. The restaurant was clean and the staff were pleasant and professional.

This restaurant is in a very good location on highway #9. Lots of place to park a vehicle, motor home or trailer. Food selection is very good, served very hot, good coffee. Very good service, clean restaurant.

I visited Humpty's Family Restaurant in Yorkton, SK last week. The restaurant is clean and well appointed. Service is quick and efficient. While we waited for the rest of our party, we were offered coffee and water and were given menus. The waiter was friendly and efficient. There was a wide selection on the breakfast menu. The food was hot and tasty.

We stopped here for lunch on our way home from Saskatoon to Manitoba. The place was busy but did not have to wait for a table and the serving staff were quick and attentive. The meals ordered were as requested and arrived in a timely manner. The food was the right temperature and good sized portions as one would expect at a truck stop diner.
