Called in for lunch and had a very nice Yorketown pie...tradition meat pie. Plenty of meat. Nice pastry and piping hot. She who must be obeyed enjoyed a pumpkin pie. Very nice fresh custard tart shared with a good coffee. View all feedback.

We live just up the road from this bakery so we treat it as a takeaway. The pies and pasties are fine and the yeast buns are excellent. Lunch was a pre-made baguette and a French vanilla slice, which was simply stunning. Best that I have tasted on the YP by far. A great place to stop for some great food - hopefully soon they will open longer hours so I can enjoy this goodness in the second half of the day
We wanted a light lunch and were very happy with what we ordered. The bakery had a great range of choices and one would be hard-pressed not to find something to like and enjoy.
Great Friendly Service, Polite Staff, Bakery was clean and Staff were great with cleaning up after customer's left, Very Popular

In a tourist area with caravanners passing through all weekend this seems insane. The local Foodland is open all weekend, people come into Yorketown from all the surrounding coastal towns to shop there, but they can't get a light lunch or a coffee at the local bakery. So, good food, good staff, but pick your times.
