Visiting York, PA I was looking for an authentic seafood restaurant...this is the place!! White Rose has ample amounts of inside/outside seating...with an industrial atmosphere...they offer plenty of seafood options! I was after crab...I ordered the Half Half Cream of Crab/ Maryland Crab soup and the Pretzel with Crab Dip, Smothered with Cheese. I was not disappointed...I will return the next time I visit York!! What Travel With Trey doesn't like about White Rose Grill:
Decent restaurant. It has nice ambience, but sitting at the bar tables, it was hard to get the attention of the bartender who had to work the bar and wait on the tables. They should have staffed an additional service staff member in that section, knowing it was the same weekend as the York Coubty Fair. Would have spent more money on booze. Iam still craving the crab cakes! Wonderful food! Very impressive! My first meal in York in 30yrs!
Our waiter Dillon was terrific! He did a great job! The food was very good and the atmosphere is very cute.
The food was great, our steaks came as we asked them to be and our waiter was attentive to us.
Food was good service was good but the noise level was very high.
