Tung Tung Dan Quen King - York

Stopped by to pickup some snacks and the quality of service was miserable. The packages of egg rolls are not cheap and you are only limited to 2 packages(per family) if you are lucky. They will look for every excuse not to sell you a package to make their products look desirable. In addition, being verbally berated in front of other customers and in an open setting is absolutely NOT an acceptable way of doing business. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Their business mentality is absolutely horrid. They treat every customer differently. They lie about their supply. They lie about how many packages can be sold to each customer. The women behind the counters are rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. Although the egg rolls are freshly made, I would never go back because the customer service is horrible. I have never experienced such service in my life.

I only went to get "dan quen" and the workers were the worst I've ever experienced. They were extremely rude and didn't seem to care about their customers. They refused to sell to tourists, claiming that the rolls were only for prior orders and must be ordered 2 weeks in advance. I would give this place a negative star rating if I could.

It is sicken to know this company don’t value their customers. They allow their workers to treat the customers like dirt. It seems like we as customers are the lucky ones to get to eat their egg rolls. If You call to ask for direction for their location they will bite your head off and scream at you, as if you should know. This company should know, no matter how big or how rich you become without your customers you are nothing. By the way, the product is not all that.... one in a million.... Shameful!!!!

Taste is average, Service bad. pricey. traffic and parking are bad. Not worth to go to this mall if only for this food.
