Contribute FeedbackSwiss Chalet used to be a reliable choice for good service and good food at a decent price, but recent changes have left some customers disappointed. Portion sizes are smaller, quality seems to have declined, and prices have increased. While some diners still enjoy the traditional Swiss Chalet experience, others have encountered rude service, poorly cooked meals, and inconsistencies in orders. However, there are still shining examples of excellent service and generosity from franchisees, reminding customers why they choose Swiss Chalet in the first place. The restaurant remains a consistent option for many, with both positive and negative experiences.
We had our server , Dawn, which is very pleasant attentive, and knowledgeable. We usually ask for Dawn to be our server.. the food as always was very plentiful, and good.
My wife and I went for lunch last Sunday. Had quarter chicken and fries with soup. The server was really nice , sat us at a booth and showed us some other food features. The portions were large , delicious and filled us up....Great place.
Ordered utensils and got none. Great when you’re in a hotel. Called and no one answered. Pathetic excuse for service. Can’t enter you CAA number on website.
We went on June 23 1019. I guess They had a dinner special. We arrived at 6.30pm as I was walking in the manager was heading towards me she yelled at me we are closed read the sign on the door wow she basically shoved me out the doors I was shocked I didn 't understand why she needed to be so rude. I didn 't even have a chance to speak .This manager knows us very well as we are regular customers but not anymore. It is obvious she is not capable of handling situation of being busy. I expect an apology. This experience ruined my night. There is no need to be so rude and unprofessional.
Take out restaurant leaves something to be desired. The food tastes ok, the portions have shrunk considerably. The customer service is just above ok, but falls short of great.
