What Eduardo Homenick likes about Piccola Italia:
This is the kind of restaurant you'd likely walk right on by, and head to the bigger flasher eateries around the town. An unassuming Italian diner in town, until you start eating what's on the menu! Ended up eating the Panzerotti , and ate the entire thing. Best one I have ever tasted. Fresh, sweet dough with scrumptious filling that melts in your mouth. I can't wait until I go back. Went in for lunch today. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I had to wait most of my lunch break to get served. but the sandwich was good. The staff are SO friendly! read moreDespite some negative reviews, one customer found an unexpected gem in this unassuming Italian restaurant. The Panzerotti was described as the best ever tasted, with fresh dough and delicious filling. However, other patrons were not as pleased. Some complained of poor service and lackluster food quality, with one customer even describing their pizza as "wet, sloppy, and cold." Despite mixed reviews, it seems that the value for money varies depending on the menu items chosen. While the house specialties were deemed overly expensive, the pasta dishes were considered more affordable. Overall, this restaurant seems to have its ups and downs, with some hidden delights among the more lackluster offerings.
