Philthy Philly's - York

When we first ordered from these guys the food was hot, well presented and tasty, but the last two times have been a let down. The last time we ordered items were missing and in their defence they apologised when we called and offered us a free burger (but we had to pick it up if we wanted it) today our order was not good, the burgers arrived in a plastic bag, squashed and Luke warm. The fries and onion rings were not much warmer, so who is to blame here? The meals were ordered and delivered through ‘skip the dishes’ so obviously the restaurant for its packaging? And skip the dishes for the way the food was treated, now for almost $50 for two burgers, a fries an onion rings in my opinion is worthy of at the very least HOT food delivered in its proper condition

I recently had sandwich’s catered in for a party. The sandwich’s were a big hit, great selection and tasty. Danny went out of his way to make sure all the extra were on the side so everybody could select what they wanted including sauces. The staff including Madison are a pleasure to work with!

The flavors are good, but the food is very fatty and greasy, so it's not something you'd want to eat regularly. It's okay for a quick fix of fast food when needed. The menu can be a bit confusing.

At this restaurant, you can choose from various sizes of sandwiches and poutines. I opted for the Philthy size of both the steak sandwich and the steak poutine. While the prices may seem a bit high at first, the quality of the food justifies it. The steak sandwich was loaded with meat, onions, and other toppings. The poutine was enormous and offered several different variations. The steak poutine featured a generous amount of cheese and a delicious brown gravy on top of crispy fries. The Philthy size was enough for at least two meals. I highly recommend trying it out.

First time ordering from Philthies, it was awesome, from the speed of delivery to the quality of the food, we both really enjoyed our first experience. We had a burger, a pulled pork sandwich both with fries and onion rings. All hot and fresh delivered safely to our front door. Highly recommend
