Papa Johns Pizza - York

I ordered online for pick up at this location. Unfortunately, the pizzas were burnt at the top. The cheese was dried out and did not stretch. The ingredients also did not taste fresh. I would skip this location if you can.

Good pizza love the garlic sauce and pepper that comes with the pizza on the side, highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from this location this evening to try the new Papa Bowls. Received them, after already starting to eat them realized the toppings on 3 of them were incorrect. We also did not receive the $1.20 dipping sauce. Wecontinued to eat as it was past dinner time, we are hungry after a long day as people who usually order take-out are. I calledand a woman answered the phone, explained the situation. Was put on hold numerous times. I was told I was wrong and that theboxes she gotten mixed up but the toppings were correct and that she herself has made the orders herself. I explained thatthey were in fact wrong and that I would like some sort of compensation whether it be partial refund, coupon a free pizzaANYTHING. I was told no and that the only thing she would do is send the driver back to pick up the food and have the correctorder sent out otherwise she could not help. Went back and forth with her in regards to we were not waiting and it was not faultthat they are unable to do their job correctly. I then asked to speak to the store manager she mentioned she was the person onduty at this time. I asked when the store manager was in and she had mentioned she was then the store manager, and that if Ididn't want to speak with her anymore I could speak with a supervisor at 10pm. In what world does a store manager pass issueswith clients to a supervisor? Ive been in customer service for 10 years, apart of numerous management teams, this would NEVERhappen. At this point I was fed up of repeating myself to someone who clearly cannot comprehend how to deal with an error thatshe, herself made as a ?store manager?. I said I would be contacting head office and asked for her name, I was then told to havea good night. I requested the name again and was then told have a good night and was hung up on. I have read previous reviewsand responses from the owners mentioning new owners with over 12 years experience and that is a joke if I

They dont wash their hands. From handling money to making your pizza with their bare hands, long finger nails, no hair net , completely unsanitary.
