McDonald's - York

Honestly this has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too!!! I can say at least it’s consistently awful every single time I go there!! Usually go late night after work and every single time there is something wrong with my order or they just don’t give me half of the stuff!!! It’s truly unbelievable!! Like I get it mistakes happen but every single time like come on!!!! Fix yourself McDonald’s I work hard for my money and spend at a Awefil place like this is throwing it away. Never been so out of by a restaurant in my life.

This location was a great McDonald’s. Staff were helpful when I had issues with the app, and food was great! Solid burger, hot, fresh fries! Couldn’t ask for more :

The food was ready and was handed to us, but a mango smoothie was missing and we had to wait several minutes for it. What's the point of rushing to get fresh food out if you are going to let it get cold by making me wait? There were so many people working there, but one can guess, no one is focusing in providing good customer service.

Went and got a double cheese during rush hour. The staff were super busy but maintained composure while they accurately provided their services and delivered good tasting McDonald’s. Worth going, but gets really busy because of the location.

The worst experience ever. Wait for 2 hrs for nothing. If the restaurant cannot provide food to customers, don 't take the orders. This Mcdonald took my order, got my money and forced me to wait for more than 2 hrs. I asked for assistance, and no staff is willing to help. Just keep asking me to wait and wait. Maybe I didn 't understand what fast food means!It 's a waste if time to order in this Mcdonald. I will never go there again
