W live nowhere near this place but on occasion find ourselves I this neck of the woods. When we do we try to eat at this place. Food is delicious! If you are not Asian, good chance you are the only non Asian in the restaurant. Great Hot and Sour Soup. Great Won ton soup. Great crispy noodle dishes, and everything is fresh. What User doesn't like about Keung's Restaurant:
Friday at lunch, whole place with handful tables. Our congee order take over 15 min. Even our noodle order came before. Food is ok. One good thing is their cups, plates and bowls are looks very contemporary. Too bad they lost their focus. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers consistently good food, with some dishes even reaching greatness. The noodle dishes, particularly the chow mein and efu, are favorites. Options with lobster and shrimp are also well-prepared. The greens are decent. Fans of congee will find plenty of options here. However, accommodating a return visit can be challenging. The fresh crab looked appetizing but was difficult to eat with the provided utensils. Despite requesting wet towels, only dry napkins were offered. Innovation seems limited at this establishment.

We ordered garlic spare ribs as one of several dishes we were sharing and they brought them on a place with French fries and Canadian broccoli!!.I think the waiter thought that we would like it better that way. Weird as w had another dish we had them make with Chinese broccoli.Overall very happy with the food and service and cleanliness.
The food are good when it comes to take out food. The portion is big and price isn't bad. After 9pm they also have discount. Good place for late night food.
We came by on a slow weekday evening to the strip mall where shops were closing at 7 PM, so things were pretty slow as is - everywhere; and, only 3 or 4 tables seated & eating. No wait & promptly served, order taken & didn't take long to get our comfort food - overall, just okay ... nothing to wow or exceptional. Chicken congee, a classic associated with this name is just okay, if not too watery, a little disappointed as we have had better congee with Keung Kee in Vancouver, BC many years ago - that place was busy around the clock, not here. Dry stir-fried beef hor fun (broad strips of rice noodles) was okay, not too oily. Seafood pan-fried noodles were generous in portion size and good for sharing. But, we left wondering - something isn't right, it's missing that Dai Pai Dong flavor to other good congee places - not much of chef's specials, late night deals and top choices for the day, etc. Prices were reasonable but away from being competitive bargain - wait staff service is fine and place is clean, windows cleaned and there's free WiFi to use while waiting. They also advertise about a family style jumbo bowl specials - typcially best ordered in advance with all the goodies cooked & prepared, and presented in a large pan. Not sure if we would come back to try this here on a future visit to the area - just FYI only. As a whole, not excited about eating here nor disappointed ... just meow.
I used to go to this place a lot but haven't been in awhile so thought I'd try it out again. The place has changed management and has been remodeled so it looks nicer interior wise. But the food prices have gone up and is overpriced by 25% for what you're getting. There's no complimentary soup nor desert. Not even a fortune cookie. But the problem is the entrée we ordered was simply not good. My Singapore vermicelli didn't taste right and was dry. I could get better noodles at the food court at half the price. My friend's tomato sauce on rice didn't taste like tomato sauce at all. Something wasn't right with the flavoring. Service was OK nothing spectacular. We were disappointed so only left 9% tip and were told later that the tip wasn't enough. I do believe it should be earned and not freely given. Overpriced and under quality. Will not be coming back to this place. Recommend hopping across the parking lot to Power King instead.
