I was very surprised by how good this place is! I often go at lunch for a basic rice/chicken/vegetable combo which is a good deal and very close to work, although you have to battle the local highschool students for service. The food quality and taste were excellent, and the service was fast. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. From the dusty tip jar to the stack of plates at the cash register and the dirty rice cooker, the cleanliness could use improvement. I recommend investing more time in keeping the restaurant clean. Despite this, I would still consider returning in the future.
This unassuming restaurant offers a variety of Caribbean and Hakka dishes. The food is flavorful, the service is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. Their lunch specials are exceptional. Don't forget to try the doubles - they're a must!

Got the goat roti and it was sooooo good. Roti made fresh to order. Super fast and the owner was very pleasant.
