What Fausto Ruecker doesn't like about Blue Ocean Cafe:
Warning! Do not use their debit machine as it declined both of my debit cards. I checked with my bank and there was no issue with my cards. This restaurant does not accept credit cards, so be prepared to pay with cash only. It seems like a way to avoid paying taxes. View all feedback. What Rashawn Reilly likes about Blue Ocean Cafe:
We frequent this restaurant often for its consistently delicious Hong Kong-style food at a reasonable price. While the service may not be the main attraction here, we highly recommend trying our favorite dishes: the Malaysian curry ribs with rice and the Satay meal. For a special treat, arrive early for lunch and sample their excellent char siu BBQ pork, which tends to sell out quickly. View all feedback.

read moreThe cafe offers average service with some complaints regarding attentiveness, but the HK-style tea is a highlight. Despite recommendations, the food quality fell short of expectations, with dry chicken and lacking flavors. A negative experience with the lobster bisque rounded out the disappointing meal. Those who frequent the restaurant praise the consistent, delicious Hong Kong-style food at reasonable prices, highlighting dishes like Malaysian curry ribs and char siu BBQ pork. While the service may lack, the food is the main attraction at this popular spot. Be prepared for crowds and potential issues with payment methods.
