369 Shanghai Dim Sum - York

Definitely recommend!. Very clean, fast service, busy place with lots of families, always a good sign. Food is fresh and good, huge portions. Try the dumplings with soup inside awesome!

Nice little place. 369 is located in the busy plaza at Hwy 7 and Kennedy. Although the plaza is filled with eateries, I find that I like 369 because its rather 'tidy ' and provides better service than the rest. My faves are the soup filled dumplings and stir friend rice cakes. I find the price quite reasonable too, in comparison to other Shanghai dim sum restaurants.

Need to know how to order. If you order right aside from the xiao long pao which are superb you'll enjoy it. i had the beef rolls wrapped in some alum foil

All in all a pretty decent place! Some of their notable items are the Pan-Fried Dumplings, Noodle Soup with Savoury Stewed Beef, and Shanghai-Style Noodle Soup. The stewed beef was super tender and there was just enough flavour in the soup without being too spicy. And the white broth for the Shanghai noodles was delicious! So fragrant and flavourful, packed with warm-your-soul goodness. My fam downed every last drop — mmm mmm good! The only disappointment was that they don't serve red bean egg puffs here, which is my fave Shanghai dessert and something I always order.

This restaurant is a great spot for dumplings. The seating is a bit cramped and it can get quite busy during peak times. I have been here multiple times and have never had any issues. The service is decent, but don't expect exceptional service!
