This was our 1st time visiting Touro and we were expecting great food and especially the great meats The appetizer bar was great with an amazing selection. The customer service was over the top amazing with a very hands on Manager. The room was beautiful and decorated for the holiday season. The only issue we had was the meats. My family of five went there last Friday for my son's birthday. What a major disappointed. Meats were dry like cowhide and flavourless. Miserable appetizer buffet. Paid $4oo for the five of us and no drinks except for 2 bottles of water as the option...were clear... glass bottle or TAP water! I should have gone to the Copacabana instead! View all feedback.

There was an "Appetizer Island" in the middle of the restaurant where we were free to select from the hot and cold dishes a la buffet style.
Touro had a great potential when it first opened up, to be the best Brazilian steakhouse in the city.
The waiter was friendly and professional, but had too many tables. The food was salty and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. He used to enjoy this place, but will probably not be back now.
Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time.
