We were seated promptly despite not having a reservation. The tuna appetizer was fantastic! The dinner was delicious and the service was attentive and friendly.

We dined at The First Post in York on June 8th. I had planned on ordering the cioppino, but it was too early in the day as it was only on the dinner menu that they switch to at 4 o'clock. Instead, I opted for the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. For the second course, we ordered the spicy honey salmon. I really enjoyed the grilled chicken Caesar salad with soft boiled eggs. The salad was fresh, crispy, and delicious. The honey salmon was also delightful. Overall, we would recommend dining at The First Post. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable.
