Taco Bell - York

After waiting another 15 minutes, we finally received our food, but none of the items were labeled. Three of us had ordered two double steak grilled cheese burritos, but with slight variations—like onions for one of us, while the rest don’t like them. There were no markings to differentiate our orders. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star rating is that the food was still tasty, but the service was incredibly poor.

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. I had to repeat my order four times, and it took quite a while for them to get it right. In the end, one of the employees even mocked me. When I went to pay, the first worker was nice, but the second one, who I believe was a manager, was rude and made disrespectful comments about my appearance. While I understand that I'm on the heavier side, no customer should ever be treated this way because of their looks. I will never return to this Taco Bell again.

Covids been tough on the outlet as everywhere else with supply and staff issues but throughout the staff have remained polite and professional. Nice clean restaurant with a good loyalty program. The drive through remains closed but normality seems to be returning slowly.

I had never been to Taco Bell before, but a friend recommended it, and I'm really glad I went. I would definitely go back in the future. My only minor issue was that the staff seemed a bit impatient while I was deciding what to order, which took me a little longer as this was my first time there. It wasn't a big deal, but I felt like I shouldn’t have been rushed, especially since there were only a few other customers also looking at the menu.

My first experience of Taco Bell and it was amazing. The service was great, even during a pandemic. The staff were friendly however as a new person they didn't really advise what happened after I ordered. But I took my seat and was called to collect my food. And my god it was brilliant. Loved trying the new things. Went for a meal with my friend and definitely lovely. Will go back to Taco Bell again if this is the quality. Really well done.
