Additionally, I overheard that they were short-staffed and supposedly very busy, but it didn't seem that way at all. The interaction between the employees and myself felt somewhat passive-aggressive. They also tried to push their new pizzas and app on me, even after I politely indicated that I wasn't interested. I just wanted to grab my sandwich and leave, which felt like a simple request.

Poor service,pretty,dirty,unsatisfying results. It seems that subways food and service Is a thing of the past.
The sandwhiches have improved since 2 years ago. We will be a new returning customer.

Sub Way my a word I refuse to patronize a place that has the same name as the place I got pantsed in in New York. Subway more like rat infested place of transportation where I was disrespected in such a way as having my garments pulled down. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Also, they sell sandwiches with jalapeño stems. I cannot choose which of these two downsides are more sinful and putrid. Change the name and stop selling me stems if you wish to have my patronage!
