a big scream on the 2 employees work6/23/2022. my man had a diabetic sugar low and some fast subway needed was closed I explained what I needed and they made him a sandwich! many thanks. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
order on the app. picked up and gone. When we came back, one found a sub wrong. they replaced it, but we had to go back. gas drop. other sub had not dressing on them. the bowl should have extras and deluxe and was not. it was a normal bowl. they said they would fix all 3 problems, but called back and said they will only replace the wrong sub. so the extra money for the extras we were torn down. on something we didn't... What was once a great Subway location is no longer great. All of the people that worked there for years are gone and have been replaced. From what I am told the location sold and thus the changes. I am truly going to miss the neighborhood Subway.
DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY !!... They won't honor official Subway coupons. I've been going to this Subway for years, until recently their customer service has declined tremendously. Very disappointed. I'll go out of my way not to go there again.
I only visit during lunchtime, and this place has the best service with a welcoming staff and quick service.
The customer service is always excellent at this restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the subs we ordered were fresh and delicious.
It seems that at this restaurant, when you request your bread untoasted, they assume you also want your meat cold. I always make it clear that I want my meat and cheese heated, but they never seem to get it right. It's frustrating when they can't follow simple instructions. Definitely disappointing to end up with a cold meat cheesesteak.
