Papa John's Pizza - York

This is my 3 rd time with anad experience. If you do have a problem with a delivery forget calling them. They do not pick up the phone. And calling customer service is a joke as they tranfer you and it immediately hangs up. We ordered online fordelivery. A special they offered one large cheese and one large pepperoni for 24$ we ordered 4 total pizzas for a childsbirthday party. We then waited 1 hour for those pizzas. We only received 2 pizzas both cheese. Missing 2 pepperoni. We calledfor over 1 hour. Finally the home office sent a message to the East York store which then called us back and argued we didn'torder pepperoni. To which we took a picture of the boxes and stickers qhich clearly statwd 4 large pizzas 2 cheese and 2pepperoni. Never got a call back from the district manager. No follow up but we did get our 2 pepperoni 2 hours after theinitial delivery. The service here needs help. I understand the labor shortage and and I have no issue working with that.However not being able to read, take my $48 5 for delivery and 10 for a tip and not get my order...well now that I have anissue with!

Frustrated with this store. They won't pick up the phone. Don't know how to cancel or modify my online order. It's been 40 minutes and the tracker app deliver time hasn't changed. (It has been stuck at 36-46 min) Is it even coming? Who knows? Savethe headache and order somewhere else that cares about their customers enough to pick up the phone. Lots of good pizza place inYork.

If I had the opportunity not to give stars, I would. Was at this point on 7/25/2020 at 8 a.m. and the staff who make the pizza in the back did not wear their face mask. You have signs that customers ask to keep your employees safe by wearing one, but you do not force them to protect the customers by wearing one. Even if they make pizza, I would recommend wearing gloves. They also allowed the customer to go without a mask. My husband had said something to the manager and still none of the staff who had the pizza put on their mask.

Very Rude Manager...We wanted to change our online delivery order to a pick-up and have the delivery fee refunded. Instead...our entire order was canceled and the young man hung up on my husband. When my husband called back to explain that he did not want the order canceled, just a refund of the delivery fee, the same young man hung up on him again. Bizarre and Unacceptable!!!

I had the worse experience with this papa John?s an it?s the second time. I put in an order for two papadias one bbq chicken with mushroom an one sausage an pepperoni I was told 50 to 60 mins over an hour an half later it shows an they sent me two sausage an pep papadias i wouldn?t of mind so much if it wasn?t for the rude response I got from the manager!!!!!
