What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
30 minutes after scheduled “RAPID” pick up for a sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous: I watched people come in order 16 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for pick up get their order before me. In cafe orders should not be prioritized over pick up orders. They should go in order. Unprofessional unorganized. I watched people that were there before me wait even longer than I did. I will never come here again. No respect for peoples time.

Why do cashiers let doordashers cut in line? how do you know the next person also doesn't have a pickup order? doordasher picking up food for one person. the next person in line is also trying to get food. pretty stupid to prioritize one over the other.what happened to first come first serve?
Great place .lot of choices .Great place for family and friends.
Ordered French Onion Soup with bread. My soup had about a teaspoon of cheese and 4 croutons. The bread was cold and hard. Super disappointing.
Prices are now way too much for what you get. It's a $17 lunch for a cup of soup and a flat bread pizza!NO THANKS... I WILL PATRONIZE A PLACE WHERE THINGS ARE MADE FRESH NOT BOXED.Copper Crust has a ham and cheese croissant which is double the size of those served at Panera bread for only $4.50. They also don't give you heartburn like Panera bread's do.
