Kfc - York

Worst meal I have ever bought from KFC.I will not be going to this location ever again. The chicken was very dry,the biscuits were more like dough than biscuits. There was no gravy in the bag after I asked about it and was told it was there. The mashedpotatoes were as dry as the chicken. The coleslaw was also dry and hade no flavor. WOW what a waste of $33 to get food you can'tenjoy.

Sign on door said inside was closed it was 7 pm. Went to drive Thur went to order and they said they were out of sandwiches. Seemed to me that they were just lazy and didn’t want to make food. You pay $16 a hour and people don’t want to work. That’s sad. You need better employees that will make food or you will lose a lot of money. Took my business to Popeyes. Just wanted yous to know you lost money today due to your employees being down right lazy. Todays date is 10/15/22 and I was there around 7pm so you know who was working.

Took so long to get my food I thought they was killing the chicken and plucking the feathers then cooking it right then and there. I waited 25 min "at the drive through.. Yea I was super hungry for KFC..

If I could would have given 0 stars, worse service I've ever had. Order 8 PC chicken bucket original and she said would take 20 min to make, I said ok, so paid $30. And had to pull over along the side, brought it to us about 40 min later, when we got it home the batter fell completely off the chicken and it looked like it was crispy, when I adk for original. Never ever will I go back.I understand that their short staff but that's ridiculous to pay that kind of money and get slop.
