Firehouse Subs York Marketplace

This was my first time trying American food in America and it was so delicious! The food was a 5, service was a 4, and the atmosphere was a 4.

The food, staff, and prices at this restaurant are all excellent. I highly recommend trying the Jamaican turkey - it was delicious. The service for take-out orders was also top-notch. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.

The food at Firehouse Subs was average, just as expected. It was my first time dining here and I was unsure of what to order. I picked up a menu at the counter and started ordering based on it. However, when I went to pay, I was informed that the prices on the menu were not accurate as they were always changing. It seemed like there was a lot of chaos, misinformation, and a bad experience overall. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Last time I come here, customer service is non existent. Why spend $15 for a sub when the cashier won't even acknowledge you and just stands there like a lost puppy not even saying hello, very strange behavior and just costed your restaurant a lot of business Service: 1
