Every time i go to this Dunkin? my coffee is wrong. It seems like they?re having more fun goofing around then getting orders right. Compete waste of money and my time

1st of all I have been to this location several times. The employees are always nice, and my coffee always fresh( and made right). The new ones are sometimes slower(to be expected) and yes, they do get things wrong. However, Wow, I see so many negative reviews. Oh my god, my life is over, they got my order wrong . Seriously, how about, a thank you to these under paid, under appreciated employees who put up with snarky customers on a daily basis. They get berated, yelled at, all while still providing service. If i could give more than 5 stars I would, I appreciate the service, especially now, when enough things are upside down enough.

Thursday AM around 8. Clean, but not spotless. Service was quick. Cashier was pleasant. Doughnut was great, but my croissant was slightly burnt. Still delicious though. Good experience.

This is the worst dunkin? I've been there before. I was here several times. Every time I drive through, it feels like this place is getting worse and worse. But my last straw was my experience a few days ago. I heard employees talk badly about customers in the window area (some really thin high blondes with an older lady) I didn't see her name signs, but it was horrible. And the worst of all managers obviously doesn't matter about their behavior. Because I came to this Dunkin, and I have the same experience I had! Don't go to this dunkin!
