Dunkin' - York

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte. The sandwich was unevenly cooked—half burnt and half not toasted at all. To make matters worse, there was no bacon on the sandwich, even though the menu stated there would be. The latte was alright, but it didn't taste like it usually does, probably due to all the ice. Overall, I was very disappointed.

What a waste of my time. I understand that they use kiosks, but at the very least, they should have the donuts available that are listed on them.

I stopped by the drive-thru this morning to get my usual coffee and found out that my large coffee now costs $4.67. When I asked the attendant if anything else was included in my order, she said no. It seems the owner has increased the prices. I took my coffee and left, as they raised the price by over a dollar per cup, which is outrageous. I suggest making your coffee at home to save some money. I'm not willing to pay nearly $5 for a mediocre cup of coffee. I hope people read this review and avoid getting ripped off. I really hope this is an issue specific to the store and not a chain-wide problem.

This is personally one of my favorite Dunkin Locations to visit they always make my coffee perfect the girls in the drive thru are always welcoming . And the manager Madalynn is super helpful and sweet !
