My husband and I ate in the Restaurant today at lunchtime. I had the French dip with fries. And my husband had the double roast beef sandwich with fries. We like this particular Arbys as they are fast, fresh and friendly. Also very clean.frenxh View all feedback.
What Carol Book doesn't like about Arby's:
Was looking forward to a hearty prime-rib sandwich, flavor was good but less filling than advertising lets on. Staff courteous, restaurant pretty clean. Ladies room another story, not good, dropping the ball big time. Not sure if going back. View all feedback.
I only went through the drive-thru, but it was pretty fast. I got the pecan chicken salad sandwich, which was really good. The bread was a little warm and very fresh. The orange cream milkshake was a delight! The employee in the window was very nice.
Fast service and pleasant workers. Still has the same nice vibe as when I worked there. Only gave 4 stars because the lobby is closed.
My wife and I patroned the East York location, store #6966 this afternoon. The supervisor, named Tyler, was EXTREMELY ignorant, rude, degrading and belittling of his employees. He also used inappropriate (foul) language in front of customers which was directed towards his employees. Nobody deserves to work under a supervisor like Tyler. I give a 5 star rating because, in general, I like Arby's and will continue to patron them in the future.
Food was delicious and wait staff very friendly and helpful.
Love the Jalapeño poppers. The Bronco Berry Sauce is the best. They need to bottle it and sell it.
