Wagamama - York

We eat in wagamama on quite regular basis, but this is the first time at the designer outlet. it was very busy and a lot of confusion outside, as the waiting queue is divided to allow the buyer to go past as follows that everyone joins the waiting queue at the wrong place, effective “jump” it and others in the waiting queue must intervene. that besides eating was on point as always, always consistent and always freshly tasting. a great brand with great food and we will eat there. kellner could have been a bit more vigilant, but overall enjoyed the experience.

Made to order yaki udon is always a tasted room of wagaz. with the most tasty fresh juices washed. a large selection of children even if they are with the family. curries also a winner and employee very helpful in encountering problems. young male waiters not the best in the treatment of children, but forget that they are here for the food and that is the best in the food dish here enjoys!

This is recently my favourite spot for lunch, every time I’ve been every member of staff has been welcoming and friendly and a credit to Wagamama’s. Every time I go I try something different and I have never been disappointed, it has all been fantastic

Food excellent and great value.Staff were so friendly and very efficient. Will definitely visit again Whilst we were having lunch a gentleman came in who clearly had psychiatric issues and was very aggressive and confrontational towards the staff. The manager came over to the man and spoke to him quietly and respectfully, offering him a seat and a drink, the man declined and left the restaurant quietly. The manager totally de-escaleted the situation with his calm and professional manner. A real asset to the company.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends are server tonight was Izzy lovely girl very polite and friendly. service was quick and food was brilliant overall a good time thank you Izzy and staff!!!!! will be back again fingers crossed our server is Izzy :
