People waiting outside for opening time is always a good sign. Smashing pub with some excellent ales. The TT Boltmaker was easily the best pint I had in three days in York, perfect condition and perfect temperature. It was like wine.
Very wide range of cask and keg beers. Nice garden area as well as plenty of inside space. Helpful friendly staff, and locals.
