What User doesn't like about The Old Bank York:
Eating was shockingly bad. avoid eating. no table service, order was over app and half was missing and what we got was cold and bad quality. the table manager did her best to fix the problems, but it was all terrible. the venue has a beautiful atmosphere and the band was good and fun. I had booked a table and they had no record about it, although I had an email booking confirmation. many things that we have asked that they have not. the food took an hour to come. there were people who had ordered before us to get their food. the cute didn't come when I asked that I bit my head, then had to wait more.
