This was my first visit and it wasn't quite what I expected. There were some similarities with McDonald's, such as the ordering point and collection process. The service was fast and efficient. We have visited many Taco Bell locations in both the USA and Britain. Typically, the food is good, but the bathrooms are dirty, the tables are messy, and the staff seems uninterested. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we visited the branch in York for the first time today. In my opinion, the prices at this restaurant are too high. I paid £8 for a small burrito and only got about 5 chips.
The food here is good. It’s a great option that is much tastier than the typical bland fast food hamburger places.
They told us there is a 40 minutes wait for food which wasn't the best but we were hungry. So we were going to wait but they told us they would take our money but since the shop was closing in 1 hour there's a chance the drive in booth would be closed so they wouldnt give us our food but they would take the money we paid for it? Stupid customer service! The service was rude and completely selfish, never coming back. !!
Really enjoyed a lunch from the drive thru. Staff were very polite and attentive. Should have had some more firey dauce as my dish was quite mild but overall great food.
The food was made fresh and quickly, I really enjoyed my dining experience!
