Popped in to this little coffee corner enticed by their window display of cakes/cakes. Hadn’t read reviews. Really friendly staff and was enough support them with a small custom. Will definitely return if in the area. Now having read reviews…can vouch all valid.

Without doubt they serve the best coffee on Bishy Road. If you are looking for a great coffee this is the place. Small but good.

Put simply, if you value good coffee then S&R is essential to Bishy Road. It is where us locals go, day after day after day and we have a lot of choice. Yes it is small, but the coffee is worth it (and ignore the small coffee reviews, they just add less milk the coffee is so much better). As they say, you get what you pay for and this is great. The cakes are also ace salted caramel brownie in particular but also the flapjacks and cakes. We love it.

This place serves very good coffee and does some great cakes. I had a flat white there yesterday and the chocolate courgette cake was delicious. Nice friendly service.

They serve, maybe, the best cake known to man. Certainly the best cake known to me. It’s a coffee cake with salted caramel and it was so moist and a pleasure with each bite...BUT, you knew the but was coming based on my rating... I’m unsure why the cup size is smaller than every other cafe in the city. Is this a money saving method? I was deflated by this and not sure whether or not that’s what soured the taste of the latte too.
