Charming Italian couple, delightful little café, with absolutely delicious Italian pastries and gelato. The coffee is outstanding—easily the best we've encountered in York. Highly recommend!
Great place! The staff were wonderful. I only had tea and cake, but the little gelato ice cream on the side was a brilliant touch! Highly recommend this spot, and I’ll definitely return when I'm back in York.
Divine cakes and coffee. I had pistachio cream wrapped in a chocolate Florentine. The coffee was strong and quality. Staff lovely and authentically Italian. Will go back whenever I'm in York

After a rather petty experience at another place, now with different owners. We walked out determined to find a better quality service and value ice cream shop. Checked in at the fudge shop who suggested Roberto. Roberto is our now go to place. Lemon and basil extraordinary, my wife's favourite now. 3 to 4 bods flat out serving. Excellent. Busy because good ice cream and value, not because can't keep up, or greedy. Sadly york is now generally over priced.
