It can't be faulted, from its relaxing mood lighting, to the vintage chic decor to the simply tasty food. Always clean, always a smiling member of staff at hand, and always something on the menu, at a good price.Its open, yet cosy, and you can choose to hide away in the dimmer corners or sit in the booths directly next to the huge windows.In summer the best option is to sit on the decking outside overlooking the river and all the nearby fascinating bars.It caters for people of all ages, and any time of the day. whether its just good food, or cocktails for a good night, you'll choose this place all over againits a revolution..

Revolution is tucked neatly behind Coney Street in the row of riverfront bars. It offers a very different atmosphere to its laidback neighbour City Screen: Revolution has made the effort to dress up décor has a definite boudoir feel to it, has cranked up the music and is going to have a great night!Revolution is a chain of bars focusing on flavoured vodka offering a huge menu of different shots. With bad student experiences of drinking this sickly substance still relatively fresh in my mind, I opted for a Flirtini from their also extensive cocktail list.Eating at Revolution is good – a wide menu offering varied and reasonably priced dishes. They also have loads of offers available – I went on a steak night Wednesday and my friend and I had a rump steak and chips each and a bottle of wine for And very nice it was too! My only problem on the eating side is that the bar focuses more on getting the party started at night, rather than its dining clientele, so the music good as it was was playing so loud we were yelling at each other across the table. Imagine eating a steak at a table in the middle of the dancefloor of your local nightclub!All in all I would recommend Revolution – but save eating there for lunches and early evenings, then get your gladrags on and give in to the cocktail menu come the night
