Premier Inn York North West

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. The room is fine and what you would expect. We had dinner the the Beefeater. Our waiter Charlie was amazing, professional and helpful. And the next day he remembered our preferences! I ordered odd things because I am a veggie and he never batted an eyelid! The food was good

We had both Dinner and Breakfast the following morning at the Millfield Beefeater restaurant at the Premier Inn York (North-West . Both meals were good. The restaurant is large and the staff used this space to the best of their ability, so social distancing could be applied. Usual Beefeater fare but well cooked and portion size was good. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Both the Continental and cooked hot breakfast were buffet style and people did tend to congregate a little (around the toaster etc. but most were wearing face coverings when walking around the restaurant.

Stayed at premier inn york north west. Excellent breakfast in the beefeater bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Explained all the changes due to Covid and gave excellent service. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and hot, plenty of coffee, toast and English breakfast. Unlimited juice etc. Good social distancing and tables extremely clean and comfortable

Good night sleep but that’s about it. The toilet didn’t flush, the kettle switch didn’t say down so couldn’t boil and there was a large crater in the mattress of the bed. Free parking which was a bonus. Staff were Helpful. Good location

Have to stay in Premier Inns at least one night a week and it’s usually half decent and I can find something on the menu to tide me over. I have to say the menu here and quality of the food was well above the usual Beefeater standard. To go with that the waitress that served me Kristie was very helpful and friendly. Made the night away from home with work a much more pleasant experience. Definitely recommend the Mini Camembert
