My wife and I went to Pizza Hut on Thursday 18/08/22 for lunch, but we were disappointed with our experience. All the cold drink dispensers were broken except for one with warm Pepsi. We mentioned this to a staff member, but they didn't seem to care. We ended up going to the fish shop next door to buy cold drinks because we couldn't drink the warm Pepsi from Pizza Hut. It was frustrating to pay for drinks at Pizza Hut that we couldn't even enjoy. We won't be returning to Pizza Hut, and it seemed like other customers were also unhappy with the same issue.
First time I've ever used an Express Outlet and I was pleasantly shocked. The food was fresh, quick and hot, staff were friendly and I was even happy with the price. Will happily use again.
It was so crowded, so we sat in a very tight place, and we didn't really eat comfortably. The food was fine, and the staff were good as well.
The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the pizza was delicious.
Quick service and ideal temperature! I will definitely be returning. I suggest trying the vegetarian supreme with seasoned fries and BBQ sauce.
