Oscar"s Wine Bistro - York

Had a meal here with two friends while we were exploring York. Service was excellent by very friendly staff. The food was also excellent and arrived fairly quickly, although I would have preferred a wider healthy selection of meals. Price wise, it was very reasonable. The atmosphere was fairly quiet as we'd chosen a late lunch time, but it did start to fill up as we left. All in all, I would recommend this venue.

The food was nice and it was a nice environment and a nice atmosphere. Service was slow, which might have been due to the bank holiday.

Amazing place with a cosy atmosphere! The food was unreal and the espresso martinis are a definite, if you like coffee.

Lovely pit stop for lunch. Both of us had delicious sandwiches the waitresses were friendly professional.

We visited Oscar's last week for dinner and left feeling overwhelmed by the quality of the food and attentiveness of our waitress, Honey; I believe her name was. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect for a quick bite to eat to end our day shopping. I had a burger, which was divine, and my friend was very pleased with her salad. The waitress who looked after our table was very friendly and more than happy to recommend her favourite dishes from the menu to us (apologies for not choosing the Veggie Nachos Honey! . However, I will definitely be back to try it due to your recommendation and overall very enjoyable dining experience.
