I am rarely at a loss for words, but I have to say that this is the best fish and chips I have had in years. The fish is thick and fresh, with the perfect batter, and the chips are spot on. I highly recommend this place, and I appreciate that they are only open 3 days a week. It just goes to show that they are doing things right. Absolutely superb! View all feedback.

Excellent chips! Lose a couple of stars due to opening hours: closed on Mondays and only open after 4:30pm Tues-Thurs. Not much good for lunch while working nearby! But cannot fault the quality of the grub, very nice indeed. View all feedback.

Fantastic really enjoyed my meal, my new favourite Chinese.
Haven't been able to visit for a while as family no longer live in the village, but really enjoyed my fish, chips and scraps on Saturday lunchtime. Friendly staff, good food and good value. Close to the attractive old village area as well.
