In all honesty the level of professionalism cleanliness. And superior quality of fish n chips is Barr none. I used to go towards wetwang and so plsed to have this place now xxx

We've been here before and been happy, unfortunately this time we were given overcooked fish and cold soggy chips.

I am rarely at a loss for words, but I have to say that this is the best fish and chips I have had in years. The fish is thick and fresh, with the perfect batter, and the chips are spot on. I highly recommend this place, and I appreciate that they are only open 3 days a week. It just goes to show that they are doing things right. Absolutely superb!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a large portion of Haddock with a small side of chips and peas. The fish was incredibly fresh, thick, and delicious, just as described on the menu. It was much larger than other "large" fish I've had elsewhere recently. The batter was perfectly light and crispy, and it was cooked to order by the friendly owner. The portion of chips was very generous, and I was glad I only ordered a small. Overall, the fish and chips were top-notch and very flavorful. I will definitely be returning soon.

Excellent chips! Lose a couple of stars due to opening hours: closed on Mondays and only open after 4:30pm Tues-Thurs. Not much good for lunch while working nearby! But cannot fault the quality of the grub, very nice indeed.
