The Minster Inn is a charming Edwardian pub, conveniently located close to the city center yet distant enough to avoid the tourist crowds. It's just a five-minute walk from my home, so I find myself visiting often. You can relax in one of the three cozy rooms with a pizza or enjoy the heated outdoor area in the back. There are four vegan pizzas available, and everything I've tried has been delicious. Luckily, the vegan cheese is excellent, which isn't always the case elsewhere! Additionally, they always have a great selection of craft beers on tap.

The Minster Inn is a classic Edwardian pub located near the city center, offering a comfortable atmosphere while being just far enough away to avoid the tourist crowds. It's only a five-minute walk from my home, so I visit frequently. You can enjoy a pizza in one of the three cozy indoor rooms or relax in the heated outdoor area at the back. They have four vegan pizzas on the menu, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The vegan cheese, in particular, is excellent, which isn't always the case at other places! Additionally, they always have a great selection of craft beers on tap.

The pizza here is consistently delicious, and the vegan options are fantastic. There are plenty of sides available to complement your meal. You'll also find a variety of vegetarian and other options to cater to different tastes. The staff is very friendly and provides great recommendations for drinks and more. I highly recommend the vegan quattro stagioni along with a pint of Sunbeam or Cascade. When we made our reservation (at the end of May 2021), there were many more outdoor tables available that are covered and heated. Although the tables are relatively close together, they adhered to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
