Instavolt is a reliable option for EV charging, with both chargers in working order. However, locating the entry to the charging services was a bit challenging, even though they were clearly visible from the dual carriageway. Food and service were ok. There was clearly a lack of staff or a bomb had dropped in the seating area. Tables weren't clear, rubbish stations over flowing. Even the electronic ordering stations were on strike. Revisited no real change rubbish stations weren't as bad. About time you can add things to your choices... extra cheese slice...more lettuce specially if you remove items. View all feedback.
Went through the drive through. It took forever to get served!! When we got home the staff forgot to put in halloumi fries and an happy meal toy even though we had paid for them. Very annoying … and a very disappointed child.
Second time disappointed, cold coffee cold food, 2nd time no coffee or soft drinks available, had to wait more than 10 min for food, I asked staff what the hold up was ,and was told nothing to do with you mate. Shame....
Repeated disappointment. Last visit very rude staff left us waiting 3 or so minutes for paying. coffee cold. No remorse no apologies. Just nasty expressions from staff. In fact complacent attitudes by both windows. Previously on a visit no burger in burger. Had already driven miles to find no meat in burger. Then other occasions cold cold cold. Food not served, missing items...... Giving this branch a miss in future. Endless chances. But no improvement.
Disgusting place, bins overflowing, food all over the floor, super slow staff! Overall grubby feel to the place
Not hgv friendly, no parking and fines, it a grab your cash and run places,not interested in people just money,no clear signs on the a64 for hgv just a sign saying service
