Legacy At The Grand, York

The service throughout the entire meal was excellent, customer service is always a big one for me and the staff did not disappoint at any part of the evening. The sommelier was very knowledgable and nothing was too much bother for any of the waiting staff. The food was amazing, a very good example of a tasting menu, very well presented and well worth the money. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

Visiting York this year we were unable to book our original choice. But after reading the reviews for the Legacy we were excited to try this new newly opened restaurant. The Legacy had only been been open 9 weeks when we visited. The food was excellent as was the service. The decor was was refined and elegant. It was a real treat, to have dined there. If you are foodies and enjoy fine dining/ Michelin Star experiences . This restaurant is must for you to visit. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. Can not wait to visit again. Fabulous!

Canapes excellent! Other courses varied. Some a bit sweet, some a bit salty. Wine pairing throughout was excellent! Good service!
