What Zara I doesn't like about Ivy:
Very disappointing food. Dry sandwiches, strange chocolate flavours and combinations which were inedible. Very, very busy so service was poor. Not offered extra tea or coffee after one cup or teapot. Food brought to table and then left no further interaction. Our table was right next to staff station and seemed squeezed in. Staff disinterested and music too loud. We dined at this restaurant during a wedding reception and the food was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious spicy parsnip soup, artichoke and mushroom pithiver, and cheesecake (I am vegetarian), all of which were very tasty, especially the soup.
